Why We Have a $250.00 Commissioning Fee
Our commissioning charge includes a thorough inventory of all parts, options and accessories. The boat is also inspected for any and all workmanship defects. Repairs are made if needed.
We install all standard and optional equipment. This includes the head, deck hardware, swim ladder, rudders, etc. We also install the spreaders, standing and running rigging upon request.
Finally, the boat is hand washed and waxed with Meguiars Premium Marine Wax. All chrome and stainless steel is polished and the interior is completely cleaned and vacuumed.
We think this is a heck of a value and it insures that your new Mac is ready to trailer and sail when you pick her up.
Something To Consider
The photo above shows a brand new 26M right after she was washed, waxed and had her bottom barrier coated and painted.
We urge you to think seriously about having your new Mac barrier coated and painted by our service team prior to delivery. Aside from the stylish appearance, this service provides essential protection against expensive blistering repairs and the inevitable underwater growth that occurs.
We apply three coats of premium Interlux barrier coating and bottom paint after the bottom has been cleaned of dirt and mold release wax.
At $595.00, this service is a bargain. Especially when you consider the paint application will last up to two years or more.
