They are called Prop Sox and are designed to protect your expensive propellers from road kickback when towing as well as promote safety by increasing visibility.
Prop Sox are made of bright plastic and simply slip over each propeller blade. The sox are held in place with a rubber cinch strap. For $9.95 you get three sox, 3 cinch straps and 3 reflector hot dots. For use when your boat is out of the water only.
